Pimentón Malagueño de boquerones

INGREDIENTS 1 red pepper 3 plum tomatoes 4 garlic cloves 1 kg potatoes 8 split anchovies 1 tablespoon sweet paprika Cumin Mint Oil Salt PREPARATION ✅ Roast the peppers and tomatoes in a pan for 30 minutes. Then, clean and cut them. ✅ Peel and slice the potatoes. Then, cook them for 15 minutes, add the roasted peppers, and turn off the heat so they cook with the remaining heat. ✅ Prepare our majao, which will consist of the garlic cloves, salt, sweet paprika, and roasted tomatoes. Boil our potatoes and add the majao along with a splash of oil. Let it cook for 7 minutes. ✅ Now add the mint and anchovies.
