Reichen 40 PS gegen Supersportler? (RE Himalayan 450 am Pass) ⛰️

Can a 40-hp adventure bike keep up with thoroughbred supersports and high-displacement naked bikes on a narrow mountain pass? In this video, I ride the new Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 to the very spot where the knee-dragging crowd usually goes full throttle. Actually, it's a completely unfair fight on paper. But on the tight bends and curves of the mountain pass, things often matter much more than pure top power: the right line, clear vision, cornering technique, and making use of the wide handlebars. I wanted to know how fast the Himalayan really is on twisty roads and whether the right riding technique can compensate for the power advantage of the bigger machines. We take an unvarnished look at where the single-cylinder engine's strengths lie in the corners – and where the bike naturally reaches its limits on the straights. An honest test of riding physics, cornering speed, and the question of how much power you actually need on public roads to be damn fast. What do you think? Have you ever been left in the dust on your mountain passes by a supposedly "small" bike? What experiences have you had with the cornering performance of the Himalayan 450? Be sure to share your opinions and tips for choosing the right line in the comments! 👇 If you enjoyed this honest look at riding technique and the Himalayan, please subscribe and hit the bell icon so you don't miss any future videos on my channel.
