El deseo de Marruecos, Sáhara Occidental 🇪🇭 Los Españoles Perdidos

In this video, I travel to Western Sahara, formerly Spanish Sahara, to see with my own eyes what's really happening in this much-talked-about, but little-known territory. (This video is a documentary version.) The VLOG of this adventure is this other video on my channel:    • Sáhara Occidental: La ESPAÑA AFRICANA |  ¿...   I'll leave the expedition to Mauritania here:    • MAURITANIA: ¿Muerte Asegurada? Punto Salid...   The trip to Morocco, part of which I documented, is this one:    • MARRUECOS: Los BEREBERES me han Enseñado ESTO   Western Sahara is in a very difficult situation, and neither with this video (nor with any other) do I intend to attack any group; I'm simply trying to explain things as objectively as possible. The UN considers that Morocco has no sovereignty over the area and that it remains a territory pending decolonization, with Spain still recognized as the administering power. However, in practice, Morocco controls almost the entire territory, while the Sahrawis remain in the background. Throughout the trip, I discuss: • Key parts of history (Spanish era, Green March, Moroccan era, Sahrawi situation, etc.) • What the Sahrawis say about their land and their desire for independence. • The economic and geopolitical interests behind it: phosphates, fishing, and the strategic position in the Atlantic. • The parallels with East Timor, which did achieve independence. • How all this influences relations between Spain, Morocco, and the Maghreb. ⸻ Any corrections or comments are always welcome in the comments. #WesternSahara #Morocco #Spain #History #UN #Geopolitics
