An easy, classic recipe perfect for any occasion ✨🧡 Orange Cake 🍊 22 cm long x 12 cm wide x 7 cm high pan 🍊 Ingredients • 250 g Sugar (1 1/4 cups) • Zest of 1 Orange • 3 Eggs • Vanilla Extract • 110 ml Canola Oil (1/2 cup) • 30 ml Orange Juice (2 tbsp) • 120 ml Milk (1/2 cup) • 250 g All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) • 8 g Baking Powder (2 tsp) 🍊 Frosting • 125 g Powdered Sugar (1 cup) • Orange Juice (as needed) • Milk (as needed) 🍊 Instructions 1. Add the sugar and orange zest to a bowl. 1. Gently mix with your hands. 2. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat briefly, just until the yolks are broken. You can use a mixer or a whisk. 3. Next, add oil, orange juice, and milk. Beat until you have a smooth mixture. 4. Add sifted flour and baking powder. 5. Beat briefly until no traces of flour remain. 6. Prepare a cake pan with homemade nonstick spray, flour, and butter, or nonstick cooking spray. 7. Pour in the batter and bake at 170°C (325°F) for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 8. Let cool for 10 minutes and then remove from the pan. 9.
