Honda moved fast to release the second variant based on the same, brand-new platform as the CB350 Highness with the new RS. The CB350 RS features the same 350cc single as the Highness with torque peaking at just 3,000RPM and 21.07PS of peak power. This is a smooth, torquey engine that is geared a little too tall for highway riding. The frame and suspension are the same as the Highness and the changes are to the design and to the ergonomics.
