IS PRAYER ENOUGH TO STOP INSECURITY IN NIGERIA? | Street Interviews | Mayor's Mind

In this street interview, I asked people a simple but important question: "Is prayer enough to solve the insecurity in our country?" The answers were diverse. Some people believed prayer alone is enough. Others said the government must do more. Some argued that citizens themselves must take responsibility. After listening to every perspective, I shared my own view. I believe insecurity is not only a physical problem but also a spiritual one. The violence, corruption, fear, and lawlessness we see around us reveal deeper issues affecting society. While governments, security agencies, and citizens all have important roles to play, we must also seek God's wisdom and guidance. Prayer is not a substitute for action. Rather, prayer gives us the wisdom, courage, and direction needed to take the right actions.
