If 55 minutes is too long you can always pick out 1-2 sections for today and do the rest tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜‰. We are adding 1lbs. weights during the warm up and kickbox sections to just turn up the intensity, this is optional. During the compound strength try to go with a moderate load, but always make sure you have great posture and range of motion. We get another HIIT of Cardio Kickbox before we finish with 5 MIN or abs.
