Quickly Fix Eggbeater & Breaststroke Kick: Stronger Eggbeater, Better Rotation with Zipper Drill
One of the most common mistakes we see with our students learning how to breaststroke kick is that they turn their knees out to the side instead of turning out from the hip. If you don't do this correctly you won't breaststroke kick correctly and you won't be able to tread water correctly either. As we've said before, the eggbeater kick (how water polo players tread water) is simply an alternating breaststroke kick, so it's key to practice your breaststroke kick first and this video will help you do that. Coach Brittany explains one of her favorite drills to help her students. @Shaquatics
