Ski Binding Setup - centering, forward pressure, DIN adjustment
This is a quick overview of how I set-up ski bindings. Way too many videos out there that do not address some basic concepts such as how to center your boot on the ski or adjusting the forward pressure of the bindings. Centering makes a huge difference on how your skis behave on powder, groomers, or in the park. Having correct forward pressure will help ensure your bindings stay put or release as intended (DIN setting alone is not enough). There are other important adjustments and checks that I am not showing, and which maybe needed on some bindings: such as toe and heel height adjustment, secondary tension adjustments on twist-release heels (on Knee Bindings), release and retention checks, etc. Use for information purposes only: you are fully responsible for what you do with what you see here.
