Rod's Little Pine Series - Episode 2

This is episode 2 of the Rod's Little Pine Series. If you haven't seen episode 1 yet, go check it out for some context on the tree and why it is special to Rod. We put out episode 1 about two months ago (April). In this new episode, we are continuing to work on Rod's little pine. We can't believe how much new growth happened within two months’ time. The wire has started to bite into the branches already. Waiting any longer would have resulted in deeper wire marks. We did another session of wiring for this little pine. We also had some discussion on a type of training method that requires sawing into a trunk or thick branches. We did not do it on this tree, only discussed some pros and cons. Please excuse the coughing as I am getting over a cold so I did the best I can to edit most of it out and some could not have been avoided. We hope you enjoy the video.
