Sometimes, a moment of awareness can change everything! Take care of yourself! Chapters: Introduction: 0:00 - 0:49 Commonalities: 0:49 - 1:56 Differences: 1:56 - 3:38 Making a Diagnosis: 3:38 - 4:57 A person with high intellectual potential (HIP) has high intellectual potential, and a person with high emotional potential (HEP) has high emotional potential. The first technique for differentiating and identifying a person with high intellectual potential (HIP) or high emotional potential (HEP) is simply to look at their commonalities, because, indeed, you can be both HIP and high emotional potential; you don't have to be one or the other. So, we can see that the first thing is the commonalities between a person with high intellectual potential (HIP) and a person with high emotional potential (HEP). Quite simply, these are people who have heightened sensitivity, particularly a sensitivity to injustice. They are also people who sometimes have difficulty paying attention. These are also people who are emotionally excessive, mentally excessive, or kinesthetically excessive. So, this excessiveness is also a small part of what characterizes them. And then, what also characterizes them is the internal or external suffering they may experience. Internal suffering is, for example, anxiety, and external suffering is this difficulty finding one's place in society. So, what differentiates a person with high intellectual potential from a person with high intellectual potential? You should know that you can be high intellectual potential (HIP), but not necessarily a person with high intellectual potential; the two are not necessarily a combination. What differentiates a person with high intellectual potential from a person with high intellectual potential is that a person with high intellectual potential (HIP), or high intellectual potential, is calculated in relation to the intelligence quotient (IQ). The WISC test is used for adults or the WAIS test for children. High emotional potential is diagnosed using an emotional quotient test, an emotional intelligence test. These are not the same tests, and that's why by taking both tests, we might identify whether we're either both, or more of one, or more of the other. A person with high intellectual potential likes to feed on anything cerebral. So, they always have abundant thoughts and a capacity for thinking and processing information that is different from normal. They also have a tree-like way of thinking, a bit like mind mapping. As for high emotional potential, the HPE has emotional hypersensitivity, sensory sensitivity, enormous empathy, enormous compassion, and an intuitive understanding of others. Even if we talk about a diagnosis, HPI or HPE, it's not an illness; it's simply a peculiarity, a cognitive difference in the brain. That is to say, we simply have a different way of functioning within the brain, and that's what gives HPI and HPE their particularity.
