Day 40 of 62: Another day, another bus....

Day 40 of 62: Hospital de Órbigo to Astorga. After one of the best catered breakfasts that I've ever had on the Camino (Sahagun being the best), The boys all walked while I took the bus to Astorga. Being ill was not fun today, but on the upside, I got to see and navigate my way around Astorga on my own. What's not pictured here is the croissant and the dipping chocolate that I had for morning tea as a pick-me-up before the hostel opened. I also got to photograph the Roman runes that you see in this video before the tourist crowd showed up. I got to meet my family as they climbed the lucky last hill into the older part of Astorga, and I got a huge hug out of my eldest child. #camino #caminofrances #family #walking #pilgrim #capcut
