Widower Dad is bringing up three children, one of them a boy genius who at the age of ten becomes a high school freshman. That sets the stage for sitcom laughs with Tahj Mowry starring as the precocious whiz kid. The younger brother of Tia and Tamera received several award nominations for his performance. The 1997 series ran on the WB for three seasons and there's been talk of a reboot. 'Smart Guy' had two themes, the first by Kristian Rex, and (for season three) a new opening by Hami featuring cast member Omar Gooding.
