Remove And Install BMX Grips, The Simple Way!

In this video I’ll show you a simple way to remove and install your hand grips without damaging anything. What you need before you start? New Grips (Race Face Chester Grips Slide-on) Zip tie (7” long) Glass cleaner First, lay down your bike on its side, hand grip faces down. Take the zip tie and stick it inside the grip and get to the bottom as much as you can, then spray glass cleaner in between grip and handlebar. Slide off the old grip. Prepare your new grip, spray glass cleaner on the handlebar and inside the new grip. Slide on the new grip and adjust the brake. Now do the same thing again on the other side.
