For this week's Technique Tuesday, Sensei/Coach JD goes over five different wrist locks that will be used in part IV of the destruction to joint lock series. These are all performed from shoulder grabs for this week as next week it will be done from a Jab, Cross scenario. We used the shoulder grabs just to give you a frame of reference for the locks.
