Weekly Scrap #225 - Rick Lasky, Pride & Ownership once more

Joined once again by Chief Rick Lasky. It has been a few years since he has been on the Scrap and I look forward to another great episode with him. We plan to talk about how to build that culture of pride and ownership. Of course when you talk to Chief Lasky you know we are going to get a dose of where we came from, and understanding the "why."
