Originally opening with the park in March 1996, the attraction has evolved over the years through various rethemes, moving from its original version to Pirate Falls Dynamite Drench in 2010, before officially becoming Treasure Quest. The ride experience takes up to five guests per boat on an uncharted water journey alongside Captain Blackheart in search of hidden booty. Riders drift along a winding, woodland stream passing highly detailed LEGO pirate animations that actively spray water, a misty lake with explosive geysers, a pirate graveyard, and water spraying rats. The final act takes the boats up a lift hill into a derelict wooden shack where an angry pirate triggers a fuse. An explosion sound effect echoes just before the boat plunges down a steep drop, sending riders racing into a massive splashdown finale. 🏆 Thanks for watching!
