Stihl 021 startet nicht

I have a Stihl 021 belonging to a viewer that won't start anymore. The saw constantly stalls and won't start. The Stihl 021 originally had a piston defect, which was repaired. However, the chainsaw still wouldn't start until I became aware of a simple problem.
