EP.112 | 🇳🇿 Iarna la ferma din Noua Zeelandă ❄️ + Somon afumat cu lemn de Manuka și kale din tarla❗

Winter has arrived in New Zealand and on our farm. We picked fresh kale from the field which was a perfect side dish to our Manuka wood smoked salmon! I'm Remus and here is my story of how I arrived in New Zealand:    • Ep.3: Vasile Remus Coman.  Cum am cumparat...   Even though every night the temperature is below zero degrees and in the morning everything is frozen, the kale crops withstand the cold and frost well and even grow vigorously! Because we have a lot of salmon to prepare we take young kale plants from the farm which we use as a side dish to our baked salmon steak. Here is the collection of farm films:    • Filme din FERMA   During the winter the most useful equipment is a small McIntosh machine with which we feed thousands of bales to the animals annually, mostly in the winter with the Deutz-Fahr tractor that has reached 3500 operating hours. Although in winter the farm is full of rabbits, ducks, Pukeko birds and even kangaroos more recently. For those who want to travel virtually with us and participate in our adventures outside the farm, here are some more relaxing blogs:    • Hai Hui cu Remus si Joy   At home we prepared some pieces of salmon which we then smoked with Manuka wood right in our garden on the farm. Dolo and Buddy, our German Shepherd dogs, are also happy because they also eat a lot of game meat from the farm. On the farm in Thailand the pigs are growing nicely, they are about 70kg and will soon be ready for sale. In the evening at home we prepared a hearty dinner of fresh salmon and kale picked from the farm
