A HUGE TOURISM COMPLEX IS BEING DEVELOPED IN MUDURNU İsra Holding, operating in the construction, real estate, tourism, and energy sectors, is developing a massive tourism complex in Bolu-Mudurnu. Tavlı said, “Our project includes 70 villas, 46 apartments, a hotel, thermal water, social facilities, activity areas, a 500-seat mosque, and a large 350-square-meter library. We have already begun extracting the thermal water within our complex. The amount of thermal water extracted is extremely sufficient for our operations. We will begin accepting customers very soon at our complex, which will provide services by combining nature and technology. Eighty percent of the apartments and villas in our four-phase project are currently complete. Our complex, nestled in nature, will also include a horse farm, therapy center, organic fruit and vegetable gardens, and social activity areas at numerous locations. In addition, the social facilities include outdoor sports areas, indoor sports areas, bowling alleys, meeting rooms, an amphitheater, music halls, sightseeing areas, bicycle paths, and adventure parks, which will be completed in stages.
