Waste Management - Freightliner M2 - McNeilus M5 Rear Loader

Navigating the narrow alleys of Long Beach's Belmont Shore area, is this little 11-cubic yard McNeilus M5 rear loader, placed on Freightliner's M2 chassis. When I found this truck, the team was about to pack out. But I found them again later, where you see the truck backing into a narrow "T" alley, with an empty load. Though we've all seen Waste Management's fleet of side loaders collecting Long Beach's unique purple recycling bins, I don't think these mini rear loaders have made it onto YouTube in this particular area. Somewhere on the internet, it was shown that a Pak-Mor rear loader was used by WM in Long Beach, once upon a time. Those trucks have been gone, and unfortunately there are no videos of it. Speaking of videos, this happens to be edited with a NEW editing program - an upgrade from iMovie, which I had been using for the past 6 or so years. A big thanks goes out to the very chill & laid back drivers for making this video possible. For one of them, it was his first day operating the rear loaders.
