I had Kenner Super Powers Penguin when I was a kid. I was too young to truly appreciate it. But as I got older, I still had him & would see these new Penguin action figures in the store. They all looked like they were trying to imitate MY PENGUIN. Now, reflecting back 28 years after the Kenner Batman Returns Penguin came out, I unbox it and compare it to aforementioned Penguin & the 1989 ToyBiz Penguin action figure.
