【セルフカット】短めボブにしてみました🌟髪質くせ毛の40代

Hello, it's Ponko Mama! This time, I made a video showing how to "self-cut" your hair, as requested. I hate going to the salon... Lately, I've been snipping it myself a lot. Cutting it is surprisingly fun, and I find myself getting shorter and shorter (lol). [Ponko Mama] I suffered from selective mutism from childhood through junior high school. I couldn't speak at kindergarten or school. In my 20s, I worked, dated, got married, and had two children. In my 30s, I developed an anxiety disorder. I also worked part-time. In my 40s, I developed schizoaffective disorder due to various stresses. I was bedridden for six months. I'm currently in remission with medication.
