Welcome to the FULL UNEDITED Telford AC 10k race from Wave 2 on 11th December 2022, which you can use as a treadmill run video for those who like to do treadmill runs or helps to pass the time whilst doing your treadmill run. In this video i achieved a lifetime personal best time of 37:48 at age 61, despite the freezing conditions and running whilst it was snowing.
