Hey everyone! We're continuing our trip through China, and I set myself the mission of eating like a local for 24 hours straight. From a breakfast of youtiao soaked in soy milk, to generously filled baozi, to a crispy rice dish that was... worth the price of admission. I tried pig's trotters in sauce, a meat stew with green chili, and of course, I couldn't miss something sweet like tanghulu, that classic street snack covered in caramel. And to top it all off, a house hot pot with a level of spiciness that made me wonder what I was doing, but it was delicious.
