For multiple GTILs you'll need a means to connect them safely. A sub panel (do not use bonding screw, ground and neutrals separate) https://amzn.to/3Sub7CV A ground bar for the panel https://amzn.to/47L47Wz A 15A breaker for each GTIL https://amzn.to/4b9X3pu A wire run from there to the main panel. Some wire strippers. My setup pushes no more than 15A (1800W per GTIL / 240V). 10/3 Romex will work as it can handle 30A but is not code. THHN / THWN will work.
