Spoiler, it does not. Meanwhile the table dynamic gets interesting fast. One player settles directly on a spot another player was expanding toward, roads to cut them off, and hits them with the first two robs of the game. We have a certified villain on our hands and honestly it could not have come at a better time for us. Every Catan game needs one.
