OK, you guys come back and I think this is part two if it is, I will correct it. On this video I am covering up the outside of the bottle. It has a layer of paper. It has a layer of lace like old table or curtain lace and then on top of that I’m putting these beautiful Tea dyed vintage wedding appliques.
