Rosa SAR and DARDR learning event recording – 7th July 2026.

Rosa died following a deterioration in her physical health condition, Multiple Sclerosis. Rosa had a diagnosis of a learning disability and there were concerns about the neglect of her health and treatment, associated with domestic abuse. The lunch & learn session explored learning from both the Safeguarding Adult’s Review and also the Domestic Abuse Related Death Review.
