In this video, we experience one of the most authentic moments of our trip to Mongolia: we spent an afternoon with a nomadic family in the heart of the Gobi Desert and were introduced to their traditional diet, based almost entirely on dairy products. 🥛🐪 We tried milk with Mongolian tea, dry cheeses, yogurt, butter, cream, and even traditional milk-based alcohol. After so much dairy… let's just say my body started to question a few things. 😅 We also explored two of the most impressive places in the Gobi Desert: Bayanzag, the famous Flaming Cliffs where some of the first dinosaur eggs were discovered, and the enormous dunes of Khongoryn Els, known as the "Singing Dunes" of Mongolia.
