Our team successfully opened the route all the way to just **300 meters below the summit**, battling harsh terrain, unpredictable weather, and high-altitude fatigue. Unfortunately, a last-minute technical issue — a client’s boot sole detaching at summit camp — forced us to make the tough decision to retreat, prioritising safety over summit glory.
