A traditional Rice Bread From Coorg. This is my take on the process it takes to prepare it, in modern day kitchen. Featuring: Reeta Aiyanna (My Mom) Ingredients: For 4 medium size Rice Rotti 1 Bowl Cooked Rice (250 gms) 1/2 Bowl Rice Flour (125 gms) Pinch of Salt Sprinkle water while preparing dough if cooked rice is hard, else soft cooked rice would be enough.
