Welcome to Week 1 of the Sculpt & Flow Series! 💪🧘‍♀️ In this beginner-friendly practice, we’ll focus on arms and upper body activation, building awareness, stability, and strength through mindful movement. This class is designed to help improve posture, wake up the shoulders and upper back, and create a strong foundation before progressing to more challenging upper-body work in the coming weeks. Today’s practice includes: ✨ Arm circles forward & backward ✨ Open and close arm movements ✨ Shoulder rotations ✨ Hover Tabletop (3 rounds) ✨ Downward Dog ✨ Downward Dog to High Plank ✨ Downward Dog to High Plank with Shoulder Taps ✨ Child’s Pose No equipment needed.
