How I Passed the Florida Business & Finance Exam in 15 Days (First Try)

I passed the Florida Business and Finance Exam on my first try, and honestly, I didn't come from an accounting or office background. Before studying for this exam, I was working in construction as a structural worker and foreman. When I first opened the Florida Contractor's Manual, Builder's Guide to Accounting, and AIA documents, I felt completely overwhelmed. In this video, I break down exactly what I did during 15 days of full-time studying, what worked, what didn't, and the mistakes I would avoid if I had to do it all over again. I'll also talk about: ✅ What the Florida Business and Finance Exam is really like ✅ How I organized and tabbed my books ✅ What the testing center experience was like ✅ How I managed the time pressure during the exam ✅ The study strategy that helped me pass on my first attempt One thing many people don't realize is that you don't necessarily have to spend your entire career working as a contractor to pursue a Florida General Contractor license. In addition to my construction background, I'm also a licensed Realtor and Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO). Many other licensed professionals may qualify as well, including engineers, architects, and individuals with construction-related degrees earned in the United States or abroad. If you're currently preparing for the Florida General Contractor License, Residential Contractor License, or any Florida contractor exam, I hope this video helps you avoid some of the frustration I went through and gives you a realistic idea of what to expect. A huge thank you to Cruz Greico and Florida Exam Prep for the practice exams, simulators, and guidance throughout the process. Their material played a big role in helping me pass on my first try. 📚 Resources Mentioned: Florida Exam Prep https://floridaexamprep.com/ 📞 (443) 695-6281 #FloridaBusinessAndFinanceExam #FloridaGeneralContractor #FloridaContractorLicense #FloridaExamPrep #BusinessAndFinanceExam #GeneralContractorLicense #FloridaConstruction #ContractorExam #FloridaGC #ConstructionLicense
