A very simple but traditional dish from Burgenland – often eaten with Bohnensterz (bean stew) –    • Bohnensterz   Recipe: Serves 3-4 BURGENLAND CREAM SOUP 1 liter water 250g sour cream 2.5 tbsp flour 1 garlic clove, grated 1.5 tsp salt 4 tsp caraway seeds 1 tsp pepper BREAD CUBES 100g black bread 4 tbsp oil 1 bunch parsley
