TRIP REPORT | How the German's fly to Mallorca! | Mallorca to Dusseldorf | CONDOR Airbus A330

Condor Trip Report flying from Palma to Dusseldorf onboard one of the Condor Airbus A330-200 (operated by Heston Airlines) on a lovely and hot summer morning. A comfortable 2-hour flight from Mallorca to Dusseldorf on the Condor Airbus A330-200. This flight, however, was operated by Heston Airlines on behalf of Condor. That means that this was an A330 fully configured in Economy class. The first 5 rows are called business but they are just normal seats with a slightly bigger legroom. All this allowed us, for the 1st time, to sit in front of the engines on an A330. What a sound! :) We took off from Mallorca on time and quickly made an almost 270° turn over the Mediterranean Sea to start our route to Dusseldorf. We flew towards Marseille and overflew the French Alps, flying directly towards Geneva. The views of the Alps were amazing. Almost no snow but as epic as always. After a very long and quite turbulent final approach, we landed ahead of the scheduled arrival time in Dusseldorf. As this is a scheduled operation for the summer, even though the flight was operated by Heston Airlines, the onboard services were exactly the same as in any Condor flight. About the onboard service, Condor is known for offering decent and tasty pre-ordered warm meal options. As we always do, we pre-ordered one (beef, in this case). It was as tasty as always. I just miss some little starter, but besides that, the meals are really good for economy class short/medium haul. Now it's your turn! Have you ever flown with Condor? Which route?
