I went to Sandals Regency La Toc Saint Lucia. It's an all inclusive resort for adults. In this video, I will show you everything I ate for breakfast at the buffet. These are the restaurants I ate at: The Pavilion serve breakfast buffet and lunch. Neptune is Mediterranean seafood serve lunch and dinner. Armandos is Italian, but also serve seafood. La Toc is an amazing restaurant who serve French cuisine. The Piton is a Caribbean restaurant where you will find the finest Island Cuisine.
