scm windor nt1 - The more flexible and economic solution for window frame manufacturing

SCM windor nt1 is the angular machining centre for windows and doors, that guarantees top performance in a small footprint. The machine is able to work in batches or units. It is possible to perform all of the operations of end-cutting, tenoning, drilling-routing and profiling regardless of construction concept, joint and working section type. The new "OPTIMA BR" drilling-routing unit allows to carry out all complementary machining, including horizontal milling for hardware grooving and rounded tenons: the work-pieces are ready to be assembled. The exclusive Maestro active windoor software, available on “eye-M evo” console with Full HD LCD (24”) display, is specifically developed for windows production and it is able to optimise the working process. Maximum ergonomics with the machine’s structure which enables the operator to be in control of the entire work cycle and to operate in total safety. To meet all the profiling demands, the machine can be fitted with two 50x320 mm spindles or HSK 85S tool-chuck, with five positions or electronic (as option) pneumatic horizontal adjustment. Possibility of storm proofing operation in a simple way, always ensuring an optimal finish quality.
