Efficiency isn't about moving more. It's about choosing the right movement at the right moment. 🎯 In this video, I'm sharing 3 smart movement ideas our coaches reinforced throughout the camp: 🎾 Bounce — You don't always need to rush the first bounce. In wheelchair tennis, allowing the second bounce when the situation calls for it can give you better balance, better positioning, and a much more controlled stroke. 📐 Diagonals — Straight-line movement isn't always the most efficient path. Moving diagonally reduces distance, improves your angle of approach, and lets you arrive in a better hitting position — meeting the ball instead of chasing it. 🤲 Readiness — Movement isn't only about pushing. Even when you're not pushing, your hands should already be returning to the wheels, ready for the next action. That constant readiness keeps rhythm in your game and eliminates unnecessary delay.
