【妄想】もしも阪和線が京阪だったら 阪和電気鉄道の悲劇

The JR West Hanwa Line was opened by a private railway company called Hanwa Electric Railway, and has a reputation for running non-stop "super express" trains that ran from Tennoji to Higashi-Wakayama (now Wakayama) in an astonishingly fast 45 minutes. However, it was merged into Nankai after just over a dozen years, and was eventually bought out during the war to become the Japanese National Railways Hanwa Line. When the Hanwa Line opened, it was funded with capital and technology from Keihan. I let my imagination run wild wondering what would have happened if the Hanwa Line had been Keihan. This imagination is based on the first of the related videos below, "Hankyu Kyoto Line."
