Mayor Sheffield Debuts Rise Higher Detroit Community Framework

The Community Framework is a set of concrete recommendations to help deliver on what Detroit residents care about most. The 100-page report brings together input from more than 8,000 Detroiters across all 39 city ZIP codes. It was built from two sources: the largest community engagement effort in the City's history, and the knowledge and experience of community leaders who served on the Transition Committee. Mayor Sheffield will use survey results and recommendations to guide the work of her administration.
