The Ace Attorney Iceberg Explained

An in-depth look at some of the deepest, darkest secrets the Ace Attorney games and community have to offer. We're breaking a few psyche-locks today. Corrections: Shu Takumi's pet Pomeranian was named after the dog Missile from Ace Attorney, not the other way around. However, the Pomeranian in Ghost Trick was named after his dog. Also, I accidentally made a typo when typing "Missile" into the iceberg Elements of Justice is not made by the same people as Turnabout Storm, it's a fan-made sequel. A few commenters have brought up that "Godot couldn't see Redd White" can also refer to the fact that Redd White was Mia Fey's killer, and his name reflects Godot's insistence on blaming Phoenix for her death instead of the man who actually killed her. He couldn't "see" the true killer. I didn't touch on that for the sake of time, and just focused on the pun. I don't actually know for sure if it is totally intentional, but someone should ask Janet Hsu. Redd White's Japanese name is a different pun, so it would have had to be something done in the localization by Hsu or someone else (with the context of the whole trilogy being known already).
