Runza was founded in 1949 by Sarah “Sally” Everett. Sally learned how to make the Runza, or bierock, from her mother in Sutton, Nebraska. Now with 83 locations in Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa and Kansas, Runza has kept a tradition of serving exceptional food and providing outstanding service for its customers.
