In this video we cover a wide variety of eye care questions but one of the biggest is around vitamin c benefits for the body and how vitamin c supplements benefits the eyes. Eye vitamins often have vitamin c in them for their nutrition benefits for fighting oxidation. Eye vitamins used to also contain vitamin A as a supplement (some still do) but even though vitamin A benefits the retina, vitamin A supplements can increase the risk of lung cancer in smokers.
