Road Resurfacing Alwold Crescent, London SE12 - by Marlborough Highways Limited

Welcome to Badly Drone Boy. Today's video is something a little different from my usual drone content. After years of wear and tear, Greenwich Council finally resurfaced Alwold Crescent, and I recorded the work as it progressed throughout the day. The road was closed from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM while the old surface was removed and replaced with a brand-new layer of tarmac. The original footage for the work done just outside my house was recorded in small sections over 20 minutes, so I have edited the video and increased the playback speed to 2x, reducing it to approximately 5 minutes while still showing the entire process. Watch the transformation as the crews prepare the road, carry out the resurfacing work and complete the project from start to finish. For the best viewing experience, select the highest available resolution.
