In this video, we're taking you along to what we consider the most beautiful Christmas market in Braunschweig. This time, we're not just eating the usual Christmas market fare, but trying out the (in our opinion) hidden gems. We're trying the Heide ham roll, cheese spaetzle with truffle almonds, and the original Braunschweig Mumme Ochsenburger – you can only get it here. A delicious parsnip and pear soup from the new Suppkultur stand is also a must. For sweet treats, we're having yeast dumplings and warm apple crumble. And last but not least, as always, we're heading to Mandel Meier. Their roasted almonds are simply irresistible.
