Child complaining of leg pain. The most important factor would be trauma it can be insignificant trauma or significant trauma. It is the single most common cause in children. Of course, there will be other causes of leg pain in children which might be a growing pin or might be an infection or some other rare cause of neoplastic or inflammatory diseases. By far and large it is due to trauma, especially the children may not remember the antecedence of the incidence but careful examination and the temporal sequence of events in the patient's pain character and examination will definitely let us know the cause of leg pain in children and simple radiological investigations like an x-ray can resettle the issue. #legpaininchildren #pediatrics #childcare
