Tra recantina e rabbiosa, i filari secolari del Pat del Colmel: l’onore delle uve dimenticate
Pat del Colmel in Castelcucco is a farm said to have preserved an ancient presence, with great respect for the history of the hills on the right bank of the Piave. Despite a significant number of awards, the business has remained family-run, particularly on that very hill, from which one can see the Rocca di Asolo and the church of Monfumo. Three certified Recantina plants are kept, apparently dating back to the Venetian Republic.
