5th Villa Candelaria Festival 2026 P2 - "Marka Qaqachaca" - Pinkillo, winner of the Festival in its Pinkillada Category. Villa Candelaria is a district of the city of Uncia, belonging to the Rafael Bustillo Province of the Potosí Department. On February 2nd and 3rd of this year, the Pinkillada and Qhonqota Festival was held in Villa Candelaria, commemorating its 5th Anniversary, with the participation of many communities from Northern Potosí and some departments of the country such as Cochabamba and Oruro.
