Fruit and vegetables rationing continues here in the U.K. although things have eased a bit. Grocery inflation figures released this week show its now 17%. This is how I stretch my money as much as I can. I’ve been out foraging, gathered dandelions, nettles, cleavers and wild garlic. Do your own research and make sure you know what you are picking. And I show how I add them to meals. Had a wonderful evening meeting the girls I used to work with, such fun , we laughed and laughed. Called at Sainsburys and having changed my mind a couple of times in order to make the most of my money. This is my shopping haul.
